This year we have a long-term guest in school, Senora Maru. She is teaching Spanish across the school and also learning about our country and language.

International Links
At Northbourne we have a strong belief in the importance of international work and links with schools in other countries. We believe that this will help the children to develop an understanding of different countries and cultures. In turn this will help the children to understand their role as global citizens and help to promote international peace and harmony.

JOURNÉE FRANÇAISE
Submitted by admin on Thu, 21/01/2010 - 22:15Didcot-Meylan Twinning Association is holding a JOURNÉE FRANÇAISE on SATURDAY MARCH 27TH from 1030-1500 at Ladygrove Park Primary school by kind permission of the headteacher.
What to expect:-
Work in small groups with experienced teachers of French to jump start your learning.
A variety of activities to suit all abilities and levels.
Would you like your children to spend a day immersed in French-based activities (including games, songs and cooking)
Do you want to take your first steps to being able to make yourself understood in French?
